  • Returns are only available in the presence of the representative. The order may be opened, and no returns are allowed after the shipping representative leaves.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 5 days only, via the exchange form available on the website.
  •  Orders can be divided. The order must be received in full or returned in full. Different sizes/styles are not permitted.
  • Items containing a sale or discount code cannot be exchanged. They can only be returned in the presence of the representative.
  • Delivery takes 2-7 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and any official holidays. Exchanges take the same amount of time.
